Spring Ranch Carriage Barn

The carriage barn is an original 1840's hay barn from Ontario Canada that was saved from the wrecking ball. It was deconstructed by removing the wooden pegs that held the old growth beams together. It was then shipped by rail car, and re-assembled at Spring Ranch.

The barn was then renovated by the owners of Spring Ranch using antique salvage from around the world. The barn is situated in a meadow surrounded by massive eucalyptus trees and stone and antique iron fencing.

Carriage Barn Highlights

The barn has an open floor plan downstairs of 2,000 square feet which is the largest indoor space on the Mendocino coast. It can comfortably seat 100 people and there is ample parking.

  • 15' foot ceilings with exposed beams
  • four large antique chandeliers
  • herring bone brick floors
  • original barn wood paneling
  • massive barn doors that open to gardens

Wedding Price

Price This is a true destination wedding venue. We want this to be your property for this very special occasion. Thus we charge a flat rate of $8,000 for use of the entire property for 3 nights with no surcharges, alcohol charges, or taxes. You get use of the following:

  • Main house which sleeps 13 guests
  • Honeymoon loft for the bride and groom
  • Carriage barn

The carriage barn can be used not only for the wedding reception but for a: cocktail party, rehearsal dinner and/or brunch. You can always get family members or friends to chip in for their lodging in the main house. We think this is a reasonable price given that other wedding venues have many additional charges above the basic six hour wedding venue rental (download this list of comparable prices in Napa, Sonoma & Mendocino).
